2019 YANGTZE RIVER DELTA OPEN OF INTERNATIONAL CLASSIC CARS will be launched soon

On the afternoon of 20 August, the press conference of "Discovering the Future, Connecting the World - 2019  YANGTZE RIVER DELTA OPEN OF INTERNATIONAL CLASSIC CARS and International Automobile Fashion China Ceremony" was held in Shanghai Fengxian Museum. At the press conference, the launching ceremony of 2019 YANGTZE RIVER DELTA OPEN OF INTERNATIONAL CLASSIC CARS was held at the same time.

 As one of the new business cards of the world's top automotive cultural events and comprehensive activity brands in the Yangtze River Delta, the event is organised by the Fédération Internationale des Véhicules Anciens  (FIVA) and the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM), and undertaken by FIVA's China National Representative, Xinhua Shanghai Branch, Asia-Pacific Car Port (Beijing) Culture Industry Co. Ltd, co-organised by Lodi Exhibition Design Service Co. Ltd, with special support from China Motor City Transportation Co. Ltd, and guidance provided by China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM) Exhibition Culture Joint Committee and Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism.

It is reported that the 2019  YANGTZE RIVER DELTA OPEN OF INTERNATIONAL CLASSIC CARS is the expansion and continuation of the CLASSIC CARS CHALLENGE CHINA, or "4C", which has been successfully held for seven times in China. This race is not only an important vehicle to show the results of the integration and development of the Yangtze River Delta, but competitors from all over the world will also experience the fascinating glamour of Chinese culture at the race.

The 2019  YANGTZE RIVER DELTA OPEN OF INTERNATIONAL CLASSIC CARS will be officially held from 20 to 29 September. With the theme of "Discovering the Future, Connecting the World", the event will feature over 50 classic cars from 18 countries and regions, starting from Shanghai, travelling through the core hinterland of the Yangtze River Delta and important tourist landmarks, and passing through Jiangsu, Anhui and Zhejiang provinces, with a total distance of 1,200 kilometres. The total distance travelled is 1200 kilometres. It is worth noting that the participating cars are all over 50 years old, and many of them are "100 years old".

As a supporting activity of the Shanghai Tourism Festival, the 2019 YANGTZE RIVER DELTA OPEN OF INTERNATIONAL CLASSIC CARS will also be held through the "International Oldsmobile Collection Exhibition", "Shanghai Automobile Industry Review Exhibition", " Classic cars Elegance Contest" and "Classicc Cars Elegance Contest". The World Oldsmobile Championship will also create an automobile festival in the Yangtze River Delta through a number of sub-events such as make-up show.

It is understood that the YANGTZE RIVER DELTA OPEN OF INTERNATIONAL CLASSIC CARS will be held for a long time, aiming to promote the construction of Shanghai's international event capital and create a globally renowned cultural tourism business card of Shanghai.
