On 12th October, the CLASSIC CARS CHALLENGE CHINA (4C for short) set sail from Beijing Cool Car Town. This is the seventh blooming of this world-class high-end activity of old-fashioned cars at the highest level in the East of the world on the land of China.

The grand departure ceremony was held in the cool car town, at 9:30 a.m., accompanied by the helicopter of the touring eagle, nearly fifty vintage cars from thirteen countries in the world gathered together and started the one-week tour of vintage cars in Beijing and Shanghai.

The CLASSIC CARS CHALLENGE CHINA (4C), jointly organised by FIVA, China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM) and CVUC, is the first and only world-class vintage car event in China to have been on the official global calendar of FIVA for seven consecutive years. 2016 was listed as one of the "World's Best Vintage Cars" by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO). In 2016, it was listed by UNESCO as the only official event in China for the "World Automotive Heritage Year". It is the world's largest, longest distance and highest level international old-fashioned car event in the East.

 
At the grand launching ceremony on 12 October, about 50 vintage cars from 13 countries and regions of the world, surrounded by nearly 200 guests from all walks of life at home and abroad, gathered in the cool car town, and gloriously opened the Beijing-Shanghai journey across China's golden hinterland. The caravan will start from Beijing and take one week to travel through the core hinterland of China's richest commercial and tourism value, passing through Tianjin, Weifang Qingzhou, Lianyungang, Nanjing, Wuxi and finally arriving at Shanghai. During the event, not only was the " Collection of Classic Cars Exhibition", " Classic Cars China Tour Cool Car Town Music Season", " Classic Cars China Tour Model Guessing Activity" and other heavyweight events held in Beijing Cool Car Town, but also the "Classic Cars China Tour Model Guessing Events" and the "Classic Cars China Tour Guessing Activity". "In addition, a series of cultural activities were held in the scenic spots of the First City of the World, Jiulongyu Scenic Spot in Qingzhou, Huaguo Mountain Scenic Spot in Lianyungang, Yutang Ancient Town in Wuxi, and Dangkou Ancient Town in which the wine supplier of the event, Jiu Longcang, is located. The activities in each location are exciting and unique, and well worth looking forward to.
 

The curtain of the world-class antique car event opens in glory once again. A top automotive cultural feast that combines luxury and fashion, and gathers passion and glory is about to sweep across China once again.
